ADF Scale Company is an independent weighing machine company. Established in 1981 to provide economical and reliable weighing solutions to customer’s applications.
Based in Staffordshire in the heart of the Midlands, all of our services to industry and commerce are carried out by our own fully qualified mobile service staff. Servicing and preventative maintenance of weighing scales and full repairs on all manufacturers models, including mechanical units.
UKAS ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited
ADF Scale are pleased to announce that our calibration laboratory has been independently assessed and accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) in accordance with the international accreditation standard ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and can now provide Accredited Calibrations of Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments. We also specialise in calibration of various machines under our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System for all manner of industries, from laboratory balances to 80 tonne weighbridges including crane scales, load links and load monitors. All test weights and equipment used are traceable to National Standards.
Hire for stocktaking from the largest range available in the UK, including short term and long term hire of all types of weighing and counting scales and systems. We provide customers with on site staff training and full, easy to follow users instructions, to ensure that the stocktake is accurate and free from operator scale problems.
Service and breakdown call outs are usually on an urgent basis. ADF provide a rapid response, and always ensure that our customer’s production does not suffer due to scale failure, we have a vast range of loan scales available.
We are an independent scale company which means we can supply any make of scale available. We will, however, only supply products that we know from experience are a quality item, reliable and suitable for the customer’s application.
We supply our weighing equipment and service to all manner of diverse industries and commerce including Trading Standards (Weights and Measures department).
