How it works

- Our friendly team will take your details and ensure our engineers are up to speed before they arrive
- One of our experienced engineers will be with you, normally within 24 hours
- Customers with an ADF Service Plan will take priority for scale breakdown and repairs and and loan scales are included in the plan, if required.
- Our engineer will repair your machine on site. If this isn’t possible we will supply an ‘off the shelf’ hire scale
- Once fixed, your machine will be thoroughly tested before putting it back into production.
